The distillery Hochstrasser started out as “Kirchenwirt in Mooskirchen” - the Inn at the church in Mooskirchen. Reflecting on the origins, it was a given for Martin Hochstrasser to devote his first own product to his namesake, the patron Saint Martin. Depictions of saints in stained-glass church windows served as an inspiration for the style of illustrations and selection of papers. Thus, the Holy Gin was born.
